Working Princple

Flue gas enters the scrubber and undergoes intensive contact with the scrubbing liquid through the spray nozzles, achieving gas-liquid mixing. Pollutants dissolve or react within the liquid and are removed. The system also includes multi-stage mist eliminators to ensure clean gas emissions. Specific absorbents, such as alkali solutions, can be selected based on the flue gas composition for enhanced removal efficiency.
