Working Princple

The whole set of calcium fluoride sludge drying equipment production line is composed of heating equipment, sludge dryer, feeder, feeder, discharge machine, dust removal equipment, induced draft fan, control system, etc. BIOETP calcium fluoride sludge dryer adopts a new technology of first crushing and dispersing the sludge and then drying at high temperature, so that the treatment of calcium fluoride sludge can be continuous, industrialized and automated. Before the sludge enters the disc dryer, it is crushed and pretreated to avoid the abrasion of the disc in the dryer and the sludge block and prolong the service life of the equipment.
