Pharmaceutical VOC Adsorber with GMP-Compliant

The BIO Series GMP Adsorption System is engineered for Pharmaceutical VOC Adsorber, featuring “medical-grade carbon+hot N₂ regeneration” to achieve 99.5% removal efficiency for DCM, acetone, IPA etc. Residual solvent ≤50ppm, compliant with EU GMP Annex 1 and ISPE Baseline Guide.

Working Princple

  1. Exhaust Collection

  • 316L SS ducting (Ra≤16μin) with ATEX Zone 1 fans

  1. Pre-treatment

  • 3-stage filtration:

    • G4 pre-filter (>5μm)

    • F9 intermediate (>1μm)

    • H13 HEPA (>0.3μm, 99.95%)

  1. Carbon Adsorption

  • Dual-column design:

    • Main: Spherical activated carbon (CTC≥75%)

    • Guard: Impregnated carbon

  • Face velocity: 0.8-1.1ft/s

  1. Regeneration

  • Hot N₂ desorption (248-356°F)

  • Solvent recovery (purity≥99.9%)
