The BIO Series Pharmaceutical Odor Control Biofilter is engineered for pharmaceutical industry, featuring “hybrid biofilm+smart control” technology to remove H₂S, NH₃, VOCs with ≥97% efficiency. Meets WHO GMP and EPA air emission standards.

  • 3-stage filter bed:
    • Upper: Modified activated carbon/ceramic rings
    • Middle: Customized microbes (Nocardia, Pseudomonas)
    • Lower: Oxygen-release layer
  1. Smart Control
  • Real-time O₂/T/H monitoring with auto-spraying (1-3L/m³·h)
  1. Safety Backup
  • Optional explosion-proof UV unit, GMP-compliant discharge
