Introduction:

Working Princple

Working principle of automatic dosing machine

The polymer powder is filled into the feed hopper through the screw conveyor at the bottom. The polymer is fed by a screw conveyor precisely controlled by a VFD motor. The water supply is controlled by solenoid valves and flow meters.

Powder and water mixing occurs in a two-stage mixing chamber, and after the solution is stored in a storage tank, the liquid level is controlled by a level controller. A metering pump supplies the polymer solution to the sludge dewaterer or DAF unit. As metering progresses, polymer metering and mixing will restart when the liquid level drops to the set point.
