Working Princple

Exhaust gas enters the scrubber, where it is sprayed through nozzles and comes into contact with an absorption liquid (such as water or solvent). The VOCs and harmful gases dissolve into the liquid and are removed. The multi-stage spraying design ensures full contact between the waste gas and the liquid, effectively removing pollutants. Particulates in the gas are absorbed, dissolved, or precipitated in the liquid, with clean air being discharged after treatment.
