The sludge is evenly distributed onto the drying disk by the feeding system. The disc rotates at a constant speed, generating a centrifugal force that drives the sludge towards the outer edge of the disc. The sludge is then evenly distributed on the disc’s surface, exposed to high temperature and low pressure conditions, which accelerates the drying process.
