Plastic & Rubber Odor Control Biofilter

The BIO Series Biofilter is specially designed for plastic/rubber industry, combining “biofiltration+chemical oxidation” to remove H₂S, BTEX, NMHC with ≥95% efficiency. Complies with EPA Method 25A and EU Industrial Emissions Directive.

Application

Working Princple

  1. Pre-treatment
  • PP ducting with cyclone + quencher (temperature≤40℃)
  1. Bio-chemical Process
  • 3-stage treatment:
    • Stage 1: Alkaline scrubber (H₂S removal>90%)
    • Stage 2: Biofilter with specialized microbes (BTEX degradation)
    • Stage 3: UV-photocatalytic oxidation (for refractory VOCs)
  1. Smart Control
  • Real-time TVOC monitoring with auto-dosing system
  1. Final Emission
  • Meets EPA Subpart WW/NNNNN standards
