Application

✔ Meat Processing: Rendering & cooking emissions ✔ Dairy Plants: Fermentation tank vent gas treatment ✔ Condiment Production: Soy sauce/brewing VOC abatement ✔ Breweries: Wort boiling & fermentation odor control

Working Princple

  1. Pre-treatment
    • Stainless steel ducts transport gases to a mist eliminator (oil removal＞85%)
  2. Biofiltration
    • 3-layer filter bed:
      • Upper: Composite media (lava rock+bamboo charcoal) for VOC adsorption
      • Middle: Specialized microbes (Thiobacillus/Nitrosomonas) for H₂S/NH₃ degradation
      • Lower: Slow-release nutrients for microbial sustainability
  3. Smart Trickling
    • Frequency-controlled spraying (2-5L/m³·h) with NPK-enriched solution
  4. Polishing
    • Optional activated carbon layer ensures odor concentration ≤800
