Bag Type Filter for Dust Control

Working Princple

The bag type filter operates by drawing dust-laden air into the collector, where the dust particles are separated and captured by filter bags. The cleaned air passes through the filter bags and is exhausted, while the dust remains on the surface of the bags. As the filtration process continues, the dust layer on the filter bags thickens, increasing resistance within the system. When the resistance reaches a certain level, the cleaning system automatically activates, using compressed air or mechanical agitation to remove the dust from the filter bags, restoring the filtration efficiency.
