Working Princple

  1. Gas Intake & Distribution
    • Corrosive fumes enter through FRP ducting (velocity: 1.2-1.5m/s).
  2. Two-Stage Neutralization
    • Stage 1 (Alkaline): NaOH solution (5%-10%) neutralizes acid gases.
    • Stage 2 (Acidic): H₂SO₄ solution (3%-5%) captures alkaline gases.
  3. Enhanced Mass Transfer
    • PP Pall Ring Packing (surface area: 200m²/m³) extends gas-liquid contact to 3-5s.
  4. Mist Elimination
    • Chevron Demister removes 99% droplets (outlet moisture <50mg/Nm³).
